I was disappointed that it did not automatically integrate with the Adobe applications, but using them as separate apps has worked well enough, though not ideal. The software was easy to download and install.
My use has so far been limited to hard objects and landscape detail, and I have not done any work with human subjects or other applications yet. Initial scans were not adequate for publication, but a little work with them using both Topaz and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom has worked wonders. I have used DeNoise and Sharpen to improve scanned 35 mm slides-the older technology!- with very good results.
My DJI drone images are already good, but significant detail of the archaeological sites was brought out with the Topaz software. I have now used Gigapixel to increase image sizes for museum and exhibition display. I am an archaeologist and used these apps for improving the quality of photographic (SONY Alpha 7) and drone (DJI Phantom 4) images. I have been using Topaz Labs Gigapixel AI, Sharpen AI, and DeNoise AI. Topaz Labs Apps (Gigapixel, Sharpen, Denoise) for archaeological users
